About the role: 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated and looking to take ownership within their role of Office Coordination. 

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
  • Salary: £23,000 per annum
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, efficiently handling and escalating employment queries.
  • Customer-Facing Support: Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve queries from staff and parents.
  • Post Management: Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the on-site health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with professionalism.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the People Team with various administrative tasks.
  • Internal Communications: Draft and distribute communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare important documents for key meetings.
  • Call Coordination: Route calls to other support teams such as IT, Finance, and Sales.
  • Back Office Support: Update systems, manage menu information, and handle general office tasks.
  • Relationship Building: Establish effective working relationships across the business.
  • Fleet Coordination: Assist with the management of the company fleet.
  • Learning & Development Support: Help coordinate training administration.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects as requested by the Chief People Officer
