HR Administrator 


As HR Administrator you will be responsible for the transactional processes covering the full employee life cycle.

Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide fantastic HR administration support to both the business and the HR Service Centre.


This is a key role in terms of managing all employee details and information regarding their employment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide a first-class customer service to our employees and managers, triaging and escalating employment queries
  • Provide support covering the whole employee life-cycle 
  • Complete HR Administration tasks, such as: processing new starters,checking returns of Right to Work, DBS and references for all new hires, salary changes and terminations, including offer letters, contracts of employment, amendment to contracts and leavers.
  • Taking calls from employees and managers, sign posting them to documents or to HR Advisors and HR Business Partners.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures
  • Maintain and administer the HRSC inbox
  • Provide accurate and timely data/information to key stakeholders.
  • Assisting the HR Services Manager and wider HR team with HR projects where required.
  • Build effective working relationships across the business.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:


  • Proven experience of working within a similar environment is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Be flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach
  • Customer focused with excellent service skills
