The role:

As a Finance Assistant, you will support the team to meet targets by processing cashless data, effectively, accurately and in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliation of cashless balance sheet control accounts.
  • Acquire, collate, track and manage receipt of monthly till liability reports.
  • Maintenance of multiple internal systems to ensure ongoing data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensuring transactional accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
  • External invoice creation including collation of supporting evidence.
  • Preparation of backing data for client invoices received and in advance of onward approval.
  • Preparing journals.
  • Maintaining clear and timely communication to our internal and external customers.
  • Dealing e-mail queries and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Proving support to financial accounting team.
  • Any other adhoc work as deemed appropriate by your line manager.
