Job Introduction
Posting ledger allocations and performing account reconciliations
Learning how to calculate and process expenses, support billing activities, and maintain accurate records
Assisting with internal and external queries, ensuring clear and professional communication
Supporting the team in maintaining compliance with finance policies and procedures
Developing confidence in questioning processes and solving problems
Using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office to complete tasks efficiently
- 37.5 hours per week -
5 days per week
Monday – Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Hybrid working, 3 days per week – office, 1 day per week WFH, 1 day per week college to study AAT Level 2

Essential Requirements:
4 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent
Basic IT skills (Google Docs, Microsoft Office – particularly Excel/Sheets)
A genuine interest in developing a career in Finance
